The great thing about glamping in the New Forest, rather than camping, is that you’ll have access to a decent bathroom and kitchen facilities, to yourself.
Amazingly there aren’t that many New Forest glamping spots to enjoy, which is why I’ve decided to include some New Forest huts too. If you’re looking for somewhere unique to stay in the New Forest, then these glamping spots are well worth a stay.

Ok, this rustic and cosy retreat would be my number one choice from this list for glamping in the New Forest. It’s sooooo nice inside. And so cosy for autumn.
Have you ever been to Milford on Sea? It’s a stunning spot on the coast of the New Forest, and I LOVE it there. This rustic and cost retreat, The Little Gatehouse, is just five minutes from the sea and you’ll love it.
It’s an absolutely stunning getaway for two people to enjoy the south coast of England, and the New Forest all in one.
This quirky home is secluded and private and down a quiet country lane. You can make the most of the outdoors area, with a BBQ and fire pit too. Just a ten-minute walk away you’ll find the delights of Milford village, and all around you’ll find great walks to enjoy this stunning part of England.

5. New Forest Cabin, in Brockenhurst
If you want your New Forest glamping experience to be in the centre of a village, then this cabin in Brockenhurst is a great idea. Brockenhurst is a great little village, and near a train station too, so a great choice if you don’t have your own wheels.
Stay here and there are loads of walking and cycling trails around, and there’s a sauna and a hot tub on site too. You’re free to use the garden if you need. With free WiFi, this 1-bedroom apartment offers a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with an oven and fridge too.

6. Shepherd’s Hut New Forest-Pet Friendly
This shepherds hut is a GREAT choice for social distancing and general seclusion. You’ll be surrounded by the grounds of a thatched cottage in the New Forest, complete with roaming ponies and deers. You’re 5 miles from Lymington – one of the top New Forest villages.
Book this shepherd’s hut at Stud Farm Glamping and you’ll have an ensuite shower, toilet, basin and a kitchenette too. You’ll also get a great breakfast, all from the local shop, with local produce. All well washed down with the free bottle of Prosecco you get with every booking. You can enjoy a double comfy bed and an electric wood burning stove too.
With no light pollution this is a great spot for admiring the stars and to make this a truly romantic break glamping in the New Forest. Great pub within walking distance too!
